Providing high-quality instruction is essential for learning, and substitutes provide high-quality work on a daily basis. Our substitutes are able to get to know the students and staff in each school they choose, receive IPERS right away, and work jobs according to their schedule. Additionally, once substitute teachers have subbed 50 days within a school year, they’ll receive a loyalty bonus which will increase their daily substitute rate for the rest of the school year from $165 to $185.
