All teachers, coaches, buildings, departments, and district are using ParentSquare for school-to-home communications. Please activate your account, then download the app by searching ‘Urbandale’ in the App Store/Google Play, and login on the app. If needed, you’re welcome to review this doc that outlines how to activate your account based on various scenarios depending on roles.

Note: Settings apply to how you receive both “Posts” and “Messages.” You can receive them via email, text, and/or app notification. You can receive them instantly (as soon as they go out) or as a digest (which is a summary of that day’s communications which arrives at 6:00 p.m.). Please make sure to keep “School Alerts” toggled on (do not turn it off ) as this is what we use to send out inclement weather/critical notifications.
