Public Schools Week is an annual week-long celebration dedicated to honoring the contributions and achievements of employees in our public schools and the communities they serve. This year it is celebrated from February 26- March 1. Public Schools Week, sponsored by the Learning First Alliance, invites the education community, parents, and others to join in spotlighting our nation’s public schools and the dedicated individuals behind them.

Public Schools Week 2024 is part of the #HerefortheKids campaign, an effort to bring together families, educators, and community members to shine a light on local public schools and tell the stories of the amazingly positive things happening in classrooms and school buildings nationwide.
